Return Policy

At Woobelsus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your doll, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The doll must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
  • Please include all accessories, manuals, and any gifts or promotional items received.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@woobelsus.com or call +1 561-318-5033 to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the doll securely with all original packaging and materials.
  3. Ship the item back to:

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective doll, please contact us immediately at info@woobelsus.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
