Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The doll must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
- Please include all accessories, manuals, and any gifts or promotional items received.
How to Return:

- Pack the doll securely with all original packaging and materials.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if desired.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective doll, please contact us immediately at info@woobelsus.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue promptly.
